International Diplomatic Charity fair SILA-2022

On October 15, under the patronage of the Slovenian authorities and the Mayor of Ljubljana, the traditional International Diplomatic Charity fair SILA-2022 was held in Ljubljana, in which the Embassy of Georgia along with the Diplomatic corps accredited in Slovenia, also took part.  

The participation in the event, also aimed at promoting Georgia, its culture and products. In a specially organized corner of Georgia, the Embassy presented the visual materials about the Georgian culture and alphabet, as well as Georgian wine, brandy, knitted hats and other national products. Georgian Embassy managed to mobilize charitable resources aimed at helping the disabled and needy children of Slovenia, for which it received gratitude from the Slovenian authorities and organizers.

The Embassy expresses special gratitude to all its staff and the well-known Georgian former basketball player Vladimir Boisa, living now in Slovenia, for the assistance provided!
