meeting with Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food of Slovenia

Slovenia, March 17, 2026 – H.E. Mr. Konstantine Surguladze, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia, met with Ms. Mateja Čalušič, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food of Slovenia.
The sides agreed to maintain close and active communication to strengthen bilateral relations in areas such as aquaculture and forest management, as well as to exchange experience and knowledge in the production and certification of high-quality seed material.
Both sides also highlighted the rich tradition and quality of wine production in their countries, noting shared characteristics and exchanging views on best practices across areas of mutual interest.
